To reach maximum efficacy, you and your team should strive to clearly articulate your vision and strategy.  Getting complete buy-in from the team throughout the organization is a must in order to endure.  Differentiating your offering from the other market participants is necessary and can only sustain if the entire organization is on board.  Allow me to reference the classic boating metaphor- does everyone have a seat? does everyone have an oar? is everyone rowing? Is everyone rowing in the same direction?
