With over two decades of corporate and managerial finance experience, Frank is an operational efficiency assessment, IT infrastructure, and liquidity management professional with a history of successful results.
Having served as a CFO for service and manufacturing firms, his leadership approach is fueled by integrity, transparency and inclusion. North American middle-market clients have relied on his expertise, which spans a comprehensive selection of industries including: professional and business services, industrial manufacturing and distribution, minor league sports, and consumer goods.
Ahead of launching Kinney Capital, Frank served as CFO for a global Metals manufacturer and distributor. Collaborating with the CEO and President to help the company stabilize its IT environment, and streamline operations. His expertise was crucial in restoring the company’s covenant compliance, launching its new ERP system, and ensuring a smooth divestiture of a division.
Prior to his work with Allied Metals Corporation, Frank served as CFO for Datapak Services Corporation, a marketing support and fulfillment company. His talents were vital in building the company’s corporate headquarters and processing plant. Additionally, Frank’s involvement was essential in securing and supporting hundreds of successful client marketing campaigns and launching numerous stand-alone corporate entities.
Frank’s wealth of experience also includes serving as CFO and Governor of a minor league hockey team, where his involvement was crucial to the team meeting its sales and operational goals.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan –Dearborn, and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Walsh College.
Frank appreciates moments shared with family and adores spending social time and traveling with his wife. He also takes pleasure in playing tennis with his daughter, and golf with his son.
